adoption pending****This is Kooper, foster mom calls him Tank. He is all rough and tumble puppy. Kooper is sensitive and has eyes that speak to your soul. If he gets scolded for chewing something he shouldn't, he pouts. Kooper will not be placed in a home with children, he is very nervous around kids. He is up to date on vaccines and neutered.
