Callie is as sweet and as sensitive as they come. She loves snuggling and being with her people. She generally likes other dogs but is picky about who her friends are. She loves the other Crested in my home but will have nothing to do with the other breeds of dogs that are here even though they have tried to befriend her. She follows her one BFF everywhere and copies her every move. She really relies on the others to learn the routines and what to do in any given situation. She would probably do best in a home with at least one other dog that is calm and friendly.

Callie tends to be a little anxious when at home without her people. (I have a security camera that I can watch her on). She paces a little, howls (squeaks in her debarked voice) a little, sometimes has an accident (nervous #2). She eventually settles if the other dogs are calm and quiet. She is given the run of the house with the others as she has proven to not be destructive. She would do best with someone who is home a lot and has a predictable schedule.

Callie came to Naked K9 with the group of Indiana Cream Puffs. She was one of the more skittish dogs in the group so has required some extra rehab time in a more one-on-one situation. She has learned to go outside and walk on the leash. She had stroller rides to get her accustomed to the city noises here. She loves her walks and rides. She travels very calmly and quietly in the car. She still has a skittish nature so extra care is needed in new situations.

Callie is a Very Hairy Hairless CC that looks adorable with coat or trimmed into a pony cut. She will need some brushing if her coat is left to grow.

Callie is still working on her house training. She was afraid to be outside here initially (city noises) and was too skittish on the leash so it has been a long process to get her comfortable on the leash and outside. She was once a show dog and was trained not to do her business while on leash. She would do best having a secure fenced yard for potty breaks.
