Hello my name is Phoebe, I am a 2yr old Maltese Poodle Crested mix. I hail from Illinois, but I'm in Minnesota now. My foster mom says that I am fully house trained, I am spayed and am up to date on all my vaccines. She also says that I am skittish, so I would need someone who has a lot of patience to adopt me. 

I love to lay around with my foster mom and my foster sister, but quick movements from foster moms kids frighten me, so that's why she says I need a home with no kids. I get along great with other dogs. 

I would love for you to be my forever home and keep me safe and show me that not all humans are bad. Help me trust again.
