Hi!  My name is Sadie and I’m a super sweet little Maltese mix.   I am built long and low and have the softest fur.  And look at that face.  Don’t I just make your heart melt?

 

As adorable as I am, I’m still getting used to trusting people.  I’m kind of skittish and it takes me awhile to warm up to someone, but I’m working on it.  I’m definitely fine with other dogs, but I haven’t met any cats yet.  I need a fenced yard, because I love to explore when I’m outside.  There are so many interesting things to sniff!  I am still learning to walk on a leash.  When I get the hang of it, I will be able to explore even more with my special person.

 

I’m sure you are wondering about my potty habits.  Well, I’m crate trained which is a great start, and I usually sleep through the night.  I’m good at going outside, but I’m trying to figure out how to let my human know when I have to go.  I still have an accident from time to time, especially if I’m nervous or excited.   All I need is a little time, patience and love and I will be your perfect companion!
