adoption pending -My name is Pearl and I’m probably around 7 years old give or take.  When I first arrived at my foster home, I was super scared.  I was thin, hungry, starved for affection, and needed some long overdue veterinary attention.  It took me a little while to settle in, but surrounded by people who care about me and lots of TLC, I am now doing great!  I get along really well with the other dogs in my foster home, and I even tolerate the cat, but I prefer to be the center of attention.  My favorite activity is sitting on my foster mom’s lap with my head resting under her chin.  I love snuggles, and pets, and treats of course.  I get every excited when it’s time to eat, and spin around in circles.  I like to run in the yard and smell all the smells, but I know my name and will come when I’m called – especially if there is a treat waiting.  I’m still pretty timid when I meet new people, but I always warm up eventually.  I’m up-to-date on vaccinations, had a recent dental, and some major surgery, but the good doctors took wonderful care of me.  I am on the mend, feeling great, and looking for my forever home.  I’m smart, affectionate and very loving.  If you are looking for a cuddle bug, look no further because I’m your girl!
