Spencer is a 12 lb Chinese Crested Powder Puff.  He is looking a little scruffy in his photo's because he came into rescue so severly matted that he had to have his coat shaved.  When it grows out he will be a very attractive boy.  We're not exactly sure how old Spencer is - he came from a hoarding situation and they were not sure of his age.  My veterinarian estimates he is between 2-4 years old. 

Spencer has a wonderful, quiet personality and he is one of the sweetest dogs I have ever known.  He gets along with all the other foster dogs in my home and never causes a moments trouble.  I've never even heard him bark!  He loves affection and playing with his humans.  If you get out the toys he comes running!   His favorite activity is to play fetch or chew on a bone - he chews for hours!!  Spencer is crate trained but is no longer required to stay in the crate when I leave - he is a good boy and does not get into anything.  He is doing exceptional on his potty training too - he has been with me for about three weeks and has only had a couple of accidents.
