Meet Peter.  He is a three year old male hairless Chinese Crested.  He weighs about 14 pounds.  Peter is new to rescue but his foster mom says he is a very sweet & affectionate guy.  He came from a home where he was left outside most of time with many other dogs.  We are currently working on getting him used living inside a family home and helping him learn basic manners.  Please check back for more updates on Peter.
